I'm loving the Bob's Red Mill gluten-free baking mixes and flours. Whenever I find a new mix to try, I consider it a challenge to create something from it -- with allergen-free substitutions, of course. One of my latest creations was Cinnamon Raisin Muffins from a Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix.
Check out my guest post at the Bob's Red Mill blog for the recipe!

I recently tried a Bob's Red Mill Bread Mix -- I think it had the word hearty in the name. It tastes like rye bread. My Bob really liked it. It made good sandwiches.
My favorite mix is Bob's brownies, but due to the price it is my rare, once in a while decadant treat. I do make my own from scratch brownies at home but the chocolate in the mix is better -- they use "the good stuff."
Yes, the Bob's Red Mill Brownies are quite good!
Bob's store is in town for me (about 35 minutes away though!)and i recently went to partake..my goodness! What a treat!! I was amongst many fellow food allergy people swarming the bulk aisle for the insane number of flours at crazy prices....brilliant! I think a lot of people would find many your post helpful. Me and 4 other food allergy bloggers are starting an allergy friendly link party next Wednesday, it would be great if you could link something up!!
